Need some help progressing with this night time concept [WIP]

Hi everybody, thanks for all the critique on my last art it really helped!

However, I'm stuck with this one I just started, I was wondering If i should put in an ocean near the bottom but since the moon is very large this would mean the horizon line would be very close near to the bottom, is this correct? I'm still learning about perspective and such. Or, I can just make it that you cannot see the ocean thus it is above the horizon, does this mean you can see the stars all the way to the bottom of the picture?

Also for lighting on my silhouette, would the person be highlighted around or am I allowed to keep the light completely blocked from the back of the person/the sides?

I might add some clouds too that will maybe cross the moon a bit, for this I know some of the edges/around will be lighter than the ones facing the person looking at the picture.

Sorry for all these questions, thanks for the help in advance!

I find your questions confusing, but I will say this...

I'm not sure the composition is well served by putting everything in the exact middle of the frame. The use of pure black (and pure white?) feels like a mistake. Also, the figure feels like its tilted a bit to the right. Why is the moon so huge? Does the hill have no foliage? No stones? Would a hill come to such a sharp point?

    Some tongue-in-cheek inspiration:

Would you like to see my drawr-rings?

Will design for food, provided that we all agree that money is edible.

    thanks for the reply!

I thought I'd leave the hill/person as a silhouette because to be honest I don't know how to texture foliage/rock I know I should challenge myself but I have no way in mind of approaching it , how dark should the textures be or which brushes to use
And the moon size was just a rough test I should make it smaller! Thinking about putting planets in the distance
