The texture on lips is not working well, it's too small and fell scratchy, also hairs would cast their own shadows too.

You're trying to run before you can walk. Anatomical flaws across the board. For now you might not want to focus on creating "finished" paintings. Your time is better spent doing quick studies, familiarizing yourself with the human body and how to realistically convey form. Good luck!

    Two hours and fifty-seven minutes.

Honestly, it can't be summarized in a specific amount of time. Just... Just do it.

    Although, preferrably, 10,000 hours.

Apparently 10,000 hours is what you need to become a master at anything

Ah, I remember seeing a couple of your earlier threads. You're trying to work with paintovers and photo manipulation, looks like. These are legitimate tools for an experienced artist, but they're lousy learning tools for a beginner.

Nobody skips the basics and still somehow makes it to excellence.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).

Thank you for the comments guys,I really appreciate your availability.
Stoat I'm trying to learn to draw, every day I'm seeing how to draw eyes, lips, nose and so on...but the proportions are my real problem. When I draw a face it's always too big or too small, the distance beetwen the nose and the eyes or beetwen the nose and the lips are too big and I don't know how I have to resolve this problem. How can I do this? With the practice?
This is a sketch that i made today at school
How is it? There are some inaccuracies?

Aside from countless hours of practice. At some point someone is going to suggest you pick up some Andrew Loomis books. When the walls cannot be knocked down with repeated effort, it might help to work with something that has been solely created to achieve a result. Loomis books are just that, created to help learn and understand the human anatomy and how best to construct it. I'm new to them as well, but they have a solid and sound approach. Also, draw what you see, draw from life. Draw from reference. Draw from imagination, rinse and repeat. But as Stoat said, don't cheat yourself. Photomanips, and paintovers aren't creative, and are easy to spot, mostly when they aren't pulled off correctly. Anyways, get on it, and best of luck!

Drawing is like learning the guitar, it takes a while but you can if you practice and have fun pretty much from the start. Keep on drawing things you like and anything you see around you from life and youll learn fast .

    You need to ask yourself
"What am I really trying to achieve here?"
"What am I trying to learn?"
You're not gonna learn anything tracing lines off a photograph. There is no artistic merit in tracing lines. Now, if you took a step back and tried to accurately copy the photo without tracing, you might learn a thing or two, but this is getting you nowhere.
Next time, try using a photo-ref, a pencil and a piece of paper. It's gonna be a real challenge, but it's bound to teach you way more about how a face works, so you can better do a face from memory later on.

EDIT: Oh, and I strongly, strongly, STRONGLY encourage you to start a sketchbook thread. It might not be as intimidating to post in as the crit-section, so you can lower your shoulders about what you post there. Sketches, doodles, scribbles, whatever, it all fits nicely into a sketchbook. I know you've promised to make a sketchbook in the past but please actually do it this time GLHF!

If you own a pencil, some paper, and have the desire to maximize your time by practicing the right things. There's no possible way you could be denied, unless of course you deny yourself. You should visit this sketchbook, if it doesn't inspire you. Nothing will.
