Help with skin, pose, face and everything

So, i decided to study some anatomy and my friends insisted on making a naked woman .
From the very beginning i struggled with the pose and ended up re-making stuff dozens of times, so any tips on sketching a proportionally correct human would be appreciated.
also i used mostly the PS default hard round brush which left the skin looking weird, how do i get rid of that?
AND, i had severe difficulties with the face, and it still looks bad.

    No references used.
    Thanks in advance.

It's a brave start, but there are some serious problems in proportion--mainly, her head is freakishly small and her ass is freakishly huge, although the rest of her limbs are also kind of weird-looking. There are no easy "tips" for sketching a proportionally correct human. My advice is to take a step back, pick up a pencil (an actual pencil) and a sketchbook, and draw ten human figures from photos before you even think about doing another digital painting.

    What would Caravaggio do?
