These all look like good starts. In the future posting slightly smaller files individually might get you a better response. My thoughts...

#1 Decent design, though a bit generic. The values are pretty flat, and I'd like to see more finesse in the facial anatomy.

#2 I scanned past this until I noticed Velocity Kendall's praise and gave it a second look. He's right...that's cool. I think your doing the design a disservice with the heavy overlays.

#3 Here again I think it would be more interesting if the facial anatomy was less stylized and more grounded. Also, the narrative has me confused. Is the tree sad? And yet the boy is happy?

Thank you for your criticisms but I am not sure which pieces you are referring to. Also the tree piece is kind of a play on The Giving Tree. On your first note, I do not understand what you mean by finesse. Also what anatomical features should I look at more and study? I would really appreciate any advice you have. Thank you.
