TV network is asking to license art images for TV show, advice wanted.

Hi everyone, my first post, I just wanted to ask if anyone here has been approached by a TV network/movie company with an offer to buy a limited license for using images for broadcast. Basically, the show is a TV series, it's high profile with some major stars, the work they want to use would be seen as "background dressing". I'm in discussions with them about the finer points on usage, so whilst thats happening if anyone has some guidelines/prices, advice, any tips to go by, it would be very appreciated.
Been approached for all kinds of things but not this before, cheers!

Not sure on Pricing but do get ALL in Writing and get some who has Full Legal Knowledge on contracts to go over it.. in Show business there no such thing as a stander contract.. there are always loop holes for them wiggle out on paying you fully Just don't over price your self and make sure you work is credited in the show credits as well.. It can and will lead to more work.

At least they asked. I got ripped off by Hollywood like that.

Yes, get everything in writing, give them rights for one-time use for this particular show, but not a full license. Consult a lawyer.

I've been asked. Contract looked fair and after getting some satisfactory answers to questions i signed it.

Best bet get a lawyer to review it.
