I can't place my finger on it, but the lighting feels inconsistent. Perhaps you should put a bit more into the background, and clearly determine what and where the light sources are.

just gotta give you credits for this, it looks very good. but my advice would be to paint everything at the same phase upload the result will be cool to see

Got some advice on the perspective so now I'm going to see if I can start adjusting that to look abit better

Hating the face on the guy to the right. Going to re do it, also adding in glasses and finicky things soon. Looking for some help as I want to push this as far as I can.
