I made a post in November about blemishes/dirt being under the screen. There were 2 small specks under the glass and what looked like a hair of some sort. After 2 attempts I received a response from Wacom and they wanted to see pictures. After sending the pictures they told me I had to send the Display to their service department on my own dollar ($60 bucks UPS). About 2 weeks later on Christmas Eve it arrived. I opened it up, set it up, and looked at it. and....
I know some may be saying that it's not really a big deal. For a two thousand dollar piece of hardware, it's not acceptable.
So I had to ship it back out but at least this time they paid for the shipping. I assume I'll have it back in about 3 days from now. I feel naked with out it. It seems I'm the only one or one of the few who has experienced this problem.
