well i am pretty happy, the only problem is... i just feel like it looks 2D instead of 3D. if you have any tips on that, or on something else i`ll be very glad to hear them!

Study light on forms more. Right now the shadows are all over the place and there doesn't seem to be much knowledge of 3D forms in general, like the troll's features that are all basically face on when they shouldn't be.
Before you draw a clothed figure draw it without the clothes so you can see how the folds and shape of the clothing are informed by the body underneath. Also use reference for the hands holding the ax- his left hand can't be in that position. Pick a direction for your light in the thumbnail stage to work out patterns of light and shadow.
