    The "Woohoo!" Sketchbook

I took an hour of gesture drawings of male models in "The Drawing Script". Some didn't make it onto here because they were incomplete. Incomplete in a sense where you wouldn't be able to tell if it's a body or not. lol

After, I started failing at this hard. I have more, but like I said, they're incomplete. I tried doing male faces; however, I was too slow.
At least these are able to be comprehended of what it is going on.

Looks like a good start! I say try to study proportions of the human body in depth. So maybe try drawing a longer pose and seeing how muscle and bone work. But I also think it's a good thing that you are doing gestures! It loosens you up, so continue doing that, and maybe try working on line variation (line darkness/lightness/thickness/etc) of those gestures. This is a nice start, keep on drawing!

In total I've done two hours of gesture drawings. (Since I missed yesterday) These are the most decent ones I've done.
There's three in here that were 10 minute ones. I still feel slow. I don't plan on only doing gestures. Currently, I am working on a gift for my oldest nephew (7 years old). So on the side, I am just practicing for my next project.
I have an idea, but I don't know what position to put him in...yet. Haha~

Very good start, looks like you're getting an understanding of negative and positive space. Keep in mind that you need to understand the forms you're drawing as well as be able to copy them. I'd recommend looking through some basic anatomy and then doing some more studies of photos. This way you'll have the knowledge of the body in your mind all the time you are doing gestures and they will improve. Other than that, I like your lines in the first few pencil ones, nice and flowing.
