I would crop it. That barrel or whatever on the left isn't really adding to your image. You've got a tricky situation around the head area which right now is a mess of tangents. You can enlarge the windows so it's not so cramped around the head and find some way for the edge of the drape to intersect nicely. The far arm is way too long and really skinny. And that hand is in a really awkward position.

I'll just leave a small critique:
My first thought was about her nose, I know it's an anime figure but it looks like there is no nose in her face.
This would probably work in a drawing, but in a painting it looks weird to me.
Did you consider using some other stylized elements from anime, like painting the underside of the nose with a slightly darker shadow?

Does she also have that puffy sleeve on the other side or is her dress asymmetrical? If so, you could show it a bit better.
Her chest plate is a bit weird, it has a big bulge on the sternum and no space for her breasts. I can't tell if this is intentional or an accident - maybe posting what character you drew would've helped with the critique.

And the last one... both of her hands have palms but seem to be lacking fingers .
Hold up your hand and look where your thumb ends, from the front and from the side.
The left hand on the sword is too short, when she's making a fist with her right hand it isn't obvious enough. Turning the hand and showing the fingers could help.
