Hey there, everyone! Even though this is a fresh account, I've been lurking these forums for years. I've finally decided to start my very own sketchbook here at CA.
I Hope you'll enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed other people's sketchbooks... I'm 23 years old and maybe, just maybe it's not too late to become a better artist

I'll start off with some stuff, I doodled on my sketchbook during the year 2011, and a bit during this year. I wasn't very active back then. Haven't actually been very active this past year either, but hopefully I can change that!
I did some of these sketches from reference and perhaps doodled something while watching other people's sketchbooks or some instructional videos, so I hope it doesn't matter if there are some coincidental artworks. I in no way want/intend to steal other people's work and ideas!

And of course, comments and critique are more than welcome!

Nice start to your sketchbook. I think your snowy mountain paintover defintiely improves on the original, the extra snowy bank help to give a better sense of depth but I'd watch out for your foreground as it's blending in with your midground which will mess the viewers perception of scale.

Wow, your environments and those perspective drawings! Keep working on the figures and soon you'll bring them up to the same standard. But you are improving with every page. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.

Aaaaaaaaalright!

You have some pretty sweet designs going on here but one of the problems is that you lack the fundamentals.
Watch our for your lines. You tend to draw over them again and again, which makes them look messy.
Try to get the line you want with the first stroke. Seems to be hard at first but you can help yourself with drawing the line in the air (pencil not touching the paper) a few times before you actually draw the line.
Another thing is that you should practice to see what's in front of you more accurate.
For example the skull you drew a few posts before.
The proportions are totally off and I assume that you drew it from reference photo.
Taaaaaaaaaake your time to really see and analyze all the proportions that are in front of you, before actually drawing it.
Instead of just copying photos, you can draw from life.
Getting something three dimensional in front of you to your two dimensional canvas is a lot better then just copying from photos.

But overall the stuff looks good. Just keep focusing on the fundamentals and keep pushing your designs!

@ImageScribe - Hey thanks man! Can't really tell, hahah. I just started scribbling something. I guess I use the rule of thirds to make a picture a little more interesting.
