The meaning in the picture is that there a teacher(my dad) with students making trouble, while hes trying smile to the "camera" like evrything is under control.
The one kid is trying to wave his arm at the teacher, but not getting anywhere.
The other kid have just been hang on the wall on a peg, and his wriggling and trying to get down.

But i need better poses and composition, not so much the lighting yet.
Anyone who can help? Kinda in a hurry

Stumped for a Christmas present, huh?

Google images search has gotten so good, you can almost have a conversation with it. Try searches like "kid hanging from" (leave off "hook" because it doesn't matter what he's hanging from) and "kids fighting". The art of finding good ref is a 21st C skillset.
I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).

Stop working on the face and figure the rest out. I liked the first version best. Maybe you could suggest a third kid knocked out on the ground to balance it out a little. Move the foreground figures up, and maybe throw in a simple pattern on the floor to show the perspective. Look at Norman Rockwell, he has a whole bunch of simple two-dimensional compositions like this.

Don't be afraid to overlap things, it's one of the easiest ways to convey depth.

I preferred it in black and white, actually(and the kid hanging from the hook, lol). If you want to get this done by tomorrow, you might want to consider not wasting time by coloring it.

Work the perspective before you start working on the details. It's impossible to read the placement of the feet, and the shoulders are very wonked. His arms have different lengths, too, but the biggest flaw is the feet. You need to place them correctly in corelation to the kids feet as well.
