Can anyone comment on how competitive it is, are there only x number of slots and xxx number of applicants?
Any info you provide would be helpful. My daughter is applying and we're just trying to get an idea what her chances are.
Thank you![]()

well i cannot tell you how competitive it is, but i can tell you that i was just accepted today. my work is by no means extraordinary, im not sure if you can even call it good haha. Scott Richeson is the school director, and he told me that that most have a high chance of acceptance. Simply because it is mandatory for each student to take 18 months of foundation before enrolling in their industry focus. that 18 months gives students time to brush up on their skills.
with that being said, its my belief that she will be accepted as long as your daughter is able to demonstrate understanding of line, lighting and composition. in terms of number of slots, i cant tell you. my best advice is to hand in her application as soon as possible to avoid the problem of a full classroom.
sorry that i cannt give you an exact answer to your question, but i hope this helps.
Thank you Gprowl, that's helpful. I didn't realize they were already approving enrollments this early. Congratulations![]()
thanks, im very excited. im pretty sure they review applications as they are submitted. glad i could help, and good luck to your daughter.
