Info on the ent. design program.

Hi, I'm looking for some info on the ent. design program, i tried sending messages to the admissions office of tad but no one seems to reply back -_-.
    Basically my questions are:
How do I apply? I know where but a little help will be greatly appreciated
How do I submit my portfolio?
how and when do I apply for scholarships?
    any other methods of financing?

    Thanks in advance

p.s please I need answers and don't reply with the same message that is going around about the "accreditation and more info go to artdepartment.com"

    Hi there,

i am also enrolling in the ent design course, and have completed my application. so i hope i can help you withh the answers you are looking for.

    How do you apply?

well it depends on whether or not you want a degree, with the accredited program you have to apply through aspen, otherwise you need to vistit TAD's website and click on the APPLY NOW button.

if you are applying through TAD, it will take you to a website called the slideroom. this is where you fill out your application and submit your portfolio. you select which course you wish to apply for and begin filling out all the necessary information. to submit your application it will cost 55 USD.

How do i submit my portfolio?

through the same place you filled out you application with TAD, you must submit between 8-10 pieces of your work that you will upload to a folder in the slideroom. either take a picture of them, scan them, or if they are digital just upload them.

How do i apply for scholarships?

At TAD you receive a scholarship depending on the quality of your portfolio, the cleaner and more detailed your work the higher the chance of you receiving one. TAD's scholarship program believes that an artists portfolio directly correlates to the effort expected from them as a student.

Other than Tad scholarships i have no experience with others so i cant help you there.

    other methods of financing?

beside the options TAD offers on their payments page i have no information for you, for myself i am going to the bank to get a loan.

    Hope all of this helps

Edit: This information only applies for applying with TAD, i have no experience with Apsen or TAD's accredited program.
