    Dinosaurs and other beasties

    Nice anatomy (mostly), poses, and forms. Really fun to look at. I like the creatures in the top one. The concepts seem to be telling interesting stories. Some sort of Dinotopia-ey thing?

    sprouty - thanks for the kind words! Yeah, if Dinotopia is dinosaurs with a Jules Verne-type feel, then this is intended to be more of a fantasy spin. Any suggestions on things to improve?

    Anybody have ideas sparked that might be cool on paper? I find now that I sort of shot all my ammo in one big barrage, so to speak, so on to the next round of concepting. Feel free to share any brainstorms so I can steal them and draw them!

    hey maybe add texture to the beasts. it will give the idea more depth. i enjoy your pics.

    Loooove them.

    Your work has a nice wispy feel to it. I think your lines would lend itself well to a soft, washy watercolor look . . .
