Hmm, I like the idea of the tattoo's, but I feel like the one's you did look too tribal/ancient for the futuristic setting.
Maybe try something more angular?

Actually this was a tribal setting but a futuristic tattoo sounds like a cool idea This must be looked into! Love your stuff btw :3

Haha, well carry on then I thought it was still related to the space pirates designs. Oh well, you can never have too many designs! You've really got an awesome style, so keep going at it.

As you may have noticed, I have actually improved quite a lot since joining I will move on from cel-shaded stuff to more finished paintings. I will probably also do some gestures like in the sketch above the last painting I did.

15-30 second sketches will help you out on loosening up those lines, draw from life all the time and you will see alot of improvement coming!
