I like to draw, even though i'm not great at it.
Someone advised me this website, so I thought i'd take my chances on here as well.

I have so much trouble using line weight ... I try every time but I always fail to make things 'pop'.

Creative works in here!
For getting better at line-weighting. Think about it in terms of light and shadow. Make in the shadow parts the lines thicker and and towards the light parts thinner, almost no line.

I must admit, shading is completely new to me.
When I look up reference it's fine, but when my head needs to calculate where the light comes from, eh.

Last class my lecturer told me i should use braided/woven branches. It's a real challenge and I'm not sure if i'm doing it right. So if you're reading this, and you have feedback or advice, please tell me because my life depends on it!
