Get rid of the blur because it is killing the entire left side of the composition, especially the water. Make it only hard brushes too.

You'll get more feedback in the Critique section. I don't know about other people, but I just come to Finally Finished to wallow in eye candy.
Let's see, then. I like it. I'm not sure what it's telling me, though ("I am watching you"?). And you've got several different rendering styles that aren't playing well with each other. I like the fuzzy hills, but they don't sit well with the photorealistic clouds and the looser handling on the left (it's almost working on the monster, but no so well on the water).

I was once on the receiving end of a critique so savagely nasty, I marched straight out of class to the office and changed my major (sketchbook).
