After the workshop, I decided that I better spend some time with traditional mediums.
I worked out some thumbnails this afternoon with some acrylic, gouache and and a new brushpen.

I'm digging these. I think the first one is my favorite, partially due to its more finished quality I'm sure, but probably because I like the composition the most of the three. Composition in the middle one seems the weakest, imho.

I like seeing the pre-paint sketches too..answered a few questions I had about your process. Nice line control on the brush pen too, btw...what size are these? I can never seem to get clean lines with mine. :/

Hey fukifino. Thanks man. The thumbnails were tiny, then I blew them up to like 2 1/2 inches x 5 inches or so and painted on them. Yeah, I really only like the first one. I did them all on the same page so I figured I'd show the others too.
