    Colour / HSB slider

    hey,

    does anyone even come in this section of the forum anymore? it's echoey in here.
    anyway, what does the little exclamation mark indicate in the colour palette? something like the chroma has reached a certain strength ?

    I believe it means that the color is out of the range for printing.

    I think Jason is right. I thought it meant it is out of the range of natural pigments which is sort of the same thing since printing is done with natural pigments. So in Photoshop you can make a color more saturated than you can in real life mixing it.

    If you hover your mouse over it, it will give you a description like most things on pc. "Warning: out of gamut for printing"
