Help with perspective (moved from Tutorials, Tips, & Tricks)

Hi, ive been a member for years, but ive been idling/avoiding the site due to lack of talent.
However im trying to push myself (hopelessly...) to learn how to draw at all.

Ive been working on and off with the same piece for a week now and i know its all wrong and cant seem to get it right, therefore im asking for some help with it.

Please, im aware of my lack of talent when it comes to drawing so bear with my noobness here (ive seen amazing pieces here...)

Resize your picture to something more reasonable and post it directly with the attachment manager.

ok i tried resizing it, also redlined it somehow myself (fixed the borderline which im ont sure how to translate to english)Not worried about the little man atm just wanted to "place" it somewhere to see how itd look. The BG spiky mountains can still be seen (lowered opacity) to see the difference between now and before but will be taken out and placed where the redlines dictate now. All these changes were done after i asked an art teacher how to improve the perspective on this piece (if not fix it) and this is what i was told to do. Still as a perfectionistbitch as i am i need yet MORE help/constructive critique to yet improve (or fix at all) the image+perspective itself. Reason being that im NEVER 100% with my pieces therefore i always end up leaving them aside and deppressing myself into an artblock (4 months last summer). So any help is more than welcome and paid with many THANKYOUs (hope the resize work, if not ill edit it again and again )

Actually, I like where the lefthand group of mountains is already. It might not be exact perspective but it's better than the redline you added and it reads better anyway, so perfect perspective isn't always good for a picture. In my non-expert opinion anyway. Better eyes than mine might disagree.

I like the sweep of the guy's cloak and the dragon looks okay generally, though I think the head might need some tweaking to bring everything together. I'm no good at redlining or paintovers so I hope my comments are enough to go on.
