ACK! I love your style so much! It reminds me of my fav. tattoo artist, German guy out of Berlin, Sven Groenewald. Look him up, amazing stuff.
I loved the pug. I have to subscribe now, even though I have nothing constructive to add.

Drooling over your pen sketches. Thanks for giving me ideas on how to get rid of my grey tone artist pens that I've had for years.

Damn!! You can go pro no problem my friend, just focus on a portfolio alongside this serious practice. Your drawings are great and if keep applying the line control from architecture studies, which you are already applying brilliantly, mix with some basic and pleasing color choices, you'll be doing some killer stuff.
I agree you need to work on figure work. Your draftsmanship is top notch and one avenue for you would be to focus on drawing, you're beyond many newbies in the industry and drawing is what separates the pay scale, drawing is key, expressing a clear idea, more than any fancy coloring you're interested in doing right now. Drawing will get you work and keep getting you work, in any commercial art industry. You're on the right track.
But if you worked up a portfolio of 10-20 images in the quality and technique of the last post and post 18, that robot, you'd get work right away. Do full images also, mainly draw what it is you'd like to be paid for, characters, enviros, what have you. Draw a whole scene with characters in it and compose it so it tells a story, enter the weekly comps on this site for great briefs, and you'll be set, seriously.
I'd say you should focus on the types of images you are most inspired to create, and keep practicing anatomy, get anatomy down the same way you have drawing cubes and cylinders down.
Keep it up!
Oh yeah, I like the white on the sketches, I gotta go scan some pages of mine using that technique as well ha.
I don't have anything useful to add but I really just enjoyed looking through what's here so far. I am especially fond of the pen drawings, but it's all very interesting stuff!
Dude, your work is radical. I especially dig the marker and pen combo's plus your architectural stuff. Your digital works are getting better too.
@fersteger2 wow thanks man! very kind words and big boost for me to keep going, currently on my final University project for architecture so will be hoping to find work after that. Also I am now doing 45 mins of anatomy drawing a day to try and boost that side of things!
@Linzwinz thanks man, more pen stuff to come!
@MisterY cheers! and glad you dig the archy stuff
anyhooow...
more boats and robots, gonna pick one of the thumbnails to work through tonight, I am asking people to vote on instagram so I don't just pick the one I want so it is more realistic of a client choosing for me @spudonkey if you want to vote

Man your sketches are really great, very funny thing you've got going. Less fan of the digital as I think you could reduce the number of strokes and use bigger brushes.
Keep it going!
My journey
“I’ve just neverbeen good at drawing _____, so I never draw ______.” This is a circular logic offailure that a person will never escape. If you wish you were better at drawing _______, draw it!
If you aren’t very good at _______, and avoid it, you’ll never getbetter at drawing _______! This attitude is setting yourself up for a lifetime of nevergetting good and enjoying _____.
@TomSeas Thanks man! and yeh I agree not a big fan of my digital stuff either, may try short exercises where I limit my palette and brush size/ stroke number

Your sketches are top notch! Your designs are very pleasing to the eye. Don't have anything to say in terms of critique. Keep up the good work!
Sketchbook -- Any feedback helps!
very nice sketching ability that is certainly one of the artists most important weapons, your perspective its good too but i think it could use some work tho, your stylized characters and the attitude you put in the its amazing dude keep posting those!
also if you could share what mediums do you use? im not really into digital and am looking for a way to start color in my sketchbook without murdering myself in the tablet, still we will have to move to it eventually but i just love the slick sensation of running your pencil or ballpoint in newsprint its like orgasmic hahaha
keep it up man love yer stuff!
my sketchbook! Drawing like a maniac!!

@lionheartGFX cheers for feedback! I will get on my perspective, something I always struggle a little with. As for materials Promarkers and pencil are the main tools I use for colour as well as the occasional digital disaster

Awesome recent work!! I think you should color up some of your line drawings in photoshop, that way you're practicing digital coloring on a piece that's already good looking, so even if you aren't totally comfortable with the digital part, you'll still end up with a good piece, just keep coloring simple like your traditional stuff.
Those robots are awesome. you have a really pleasing style
