Warren Marshall, Sr. Environment Artist at Epic Games has created a Perspective Grid Tool that lets you create a grid from scratch or reverse engineer the perspective from an image....sweet!

This is what Painter's Perspective Grid should have been.

This is a great little tool! However I work on a Mac so I can't use it. Though there is a way of doing something very similar by using the perspective grid in illustrator and copying that too photoshop, for those of you who work with a Mac.

It's a 3D layer in PS which you can move around.
I find it very handy.
