Hi there... I made an account here in 2009 (I was 20 back then) after tracking down the origin of some very cool and very impressive visual concepts for sea creatures, and have been lurking here and there ever since. I don't know why I didn't post formally before, but I'm very glad to be here and I hope to improve my art in the company of such amazing, incredibly talented people.

I'm a graphic designer by trade, but I've grown fond of illustration, specifically the kind geared towards children and the editorial industry. I'm NOT into manga-anime at all, but I had early access to my dad's wonderful stash of old european and american comix magazines; Crepax, Liberatore, Crumb... things like that.

In here I've found a literal galaxy of artists that have talent and work very hard everyday to improve their work; It's soooo cool it's frankly overwhelming... and intimidating.
