Annoying circles when I click.

Not sure if this is a Wacom or Photoshop issue. But basically I keep getting these expanding circles when the pen touches the paper in Photoshop, like you do when you use it elsewhere. And it kind of bothers me. I don't remember exactly when this started but I know I used to not get that. It's just that I can't find the place to cancel it. Any ideas?

Just to add I don't get this every time, but about 70% of the cases I open Photoshop which results in me reopening it till I don't get it.

Do you mean the annoying ripple effect, like dipping your pen into water? I disabled it by following these instructions - post no. 2:

I think I've had this before, definitely a wacom thing.
Try opening up the wacom software you get when you install the drivers and going into settings/options, the setting should be in there.
I don't have it available at the moment, but I could show it when I get home.
