I have a personal project im working on and I am having trouble getting this character to look the same in each shot. I want it to look like the one on the top left. Any chance that someone there can help me solve this? Paintovers are appreciated

Make a maquette. If Jim Gurney and Bernie Wrightson think they need one why do you think you don't?
Agreeing with dpaint here.
If you're not inclined to fiddling with clay or your sculpting material of choice, there's always the magic of repetition: Draw your character's face from every angle until it becomes second nature. I would personally recommend this one since any practice is good practice, and some people (mostly talking about me here) have problems with doing exacting drawings from reference.

Yep, was also going to chime in about the maquette. It's great, but does take some patience and
trial and error. Remember to create a metal frame to build the clay around and fill it with tinfoil
to save on sculpting material.
Falchions method is the alternative and is good as well.
Thats a great idea! i dont know why it didnt dawn on me before. I did this once with another project but mainly just to make sure i got the geometry right, it wasnt to draw it at multiple angles. this really helps a lot!
I made a zbrush model of my character and tweaked it till I liked what I had. These references will definitely help! Thanks so much!!
