I have just recently been practicing drawing with the desire make a career of it. i love the forum here, all of the artists are extremely supportive, and i am excited to become involved.

im having a little bit of trouble finding focus in the many areas i wish to explore and excel. I know that i need pick and master one topic at a time, and to start i have chosen the human figure; the female to be specific. And my question is: where do i start.

Where do i start, as in do i just start copying pictures i see, or is it most important to understand the bone structure etc..

i will continue searching the forum and the internet for the answers i seek, but if someone points me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated.
