Being an F1 fan, I would have to say Pirelli/Bridgstone would be most pissed off with this concept.
But thats really an ultra cool image!

He he! Not sure what will be the purpose of the wheels when they will hovering. Today the tyres are the important factor to maintain the grip in the race. Not sure that fun would be achieved with hovering technology.
But we would love to see what concept you can present with "hovering wheels".

I like the idea, but don't forget that most of F1 car is designed to keep it from flying
You have panels on there that provide downforce, also wishbone suspension is kind of pointless. Try to merge some more plane parts to give the design some more credibility.
On the whole it looks cool though.
Ps, disregard the downforce thing if they are actually hovering rather than flying
