Apologies, had to remove work due to art theft.

This work's not bad. The concepts seem basically solid, but to my eye at least your execution is a bit clumsy--the figures particularly feel very flat. I'd strongly recommend you take some classes in drawing and painting, and start applying what you learn there to give your presentation a bit more punch.

I agree with Giacomo. the concepts are nice, but the execution could be done better. Practice drawing more and they'll be much better overall, any kind of drawing will help you improve.

You should avoid a soft edge brush really, it just gives an overly airbrush effect. Try using the default round brush with a hard edge with pen pressure. Its nice to see different colours especially in the face too rather than just one colour which is just dark in some places and light in others. I would say that you need to use reference when you're painting things like cloth and armour too. Armour has strong highlights and hard edges reflecting the colours of the surrounding environment. Just keep practicing and try use less saturated colours.
