ROUND#275, PARTY ANIMAL

Well everybody, this week marks 2 years that si_swe and I have been in charge of this weekly contest. To celebrate, this weeks creature is going to throw us a proper party.

Your job this week is to design a creature that is so festive that all those that encounter it feel the uncontrollable urge to party their ass off.

Think brightly colored, having shapes that resemble streamers or balloons, even consider giving it flashing lights. It should be so visibly upbeat that it has a hypnotic effect on people around it, compelling them to cut loose and party like there's no tomorrow.

Requirements this week...

- the creature should represent the embodiment of parties.

- it should be brightly colored.

- it should seem as though it has the ability to hypnotize people that look at it.
