Teen Challenge 180: Gates to Hell

This week's topic is Gates to Hell. I'll leave it open to interpretation


Focus
This weeks focus is cool-factor. The "cool-factor" is a term used to describe something that is...well...cool looking. If it has a high enough cool-factor people are often willing to look past other aspects such as functionality. This is a major part of the entertainment industry and concept art, where often the goal is to come up with a badass design. That design might not make sense, but if it looks cool people suspend their belief and will buy into it. That's why so much concept-art is really over the top when you look at it objectively, and will have things glowing or covered in big spikes or something. It's what sells.
