    Digital Landscape

I've been learning how to paint digitally, and this is the first piece I've actually been able to finish, so I'm hoping for a strong critique. I know I need to improve a lot, so don't hold back at all.

I feel like I need a new eye prescription to get this painting to come into focus for me

Seriously though, it's WAY too blurry. Where is your center of focus/attention/detail/sharpness? If I squint my eyes and stand back from the monitor it makes out to be a good image, so I think your fundamentals/values are set up well...you just need to mix in the juicy details.

Totally agreeing with Syle, it almost looks like you put some kind of filter on the image before finishing it.

I see what you mean, it's WAY too out of focus. I'm reworking it now, adding a stronger texture to the trees and better lighting. I'll post it when I'm finished, thanks for the feedback!

While you're at it, you should lower the value on the pillars at the rear back on the image, to give it more atmosphere. Good luck!
