Hey folks,

I attended a media and concept art course back in 2011. I haven't drawn much since then but I'm now getting back into it again. I want to upload my work on here, it's nothing special but i'd appreciate feedback from people and it will help myself improve.

Images are not scanned yet, I have no access to a scanner at the moment

A newcomer hey? Welcome

Here's a good beginner tip for'ya: draw from reality. Put the dragons and swords aside for a while and try and learn from the world around you.
Dragons are based on real world creatures after all

Yeah, It's been a while since I've drawn anything at all really, I'm actually going through the Loomis books right now and having fun with them.

Update:

Drawings done so far this month, plan on updating every month, have also drawn a bunch of personal stuff to which isn't quite worth posting on here. Just trying to improve slowly, spending around 2 hours a day at least drawing, seeing improvements since September, so I'm glad for that. Comments and criticism is appreciated!

Update

Another update. Planning on updating more frequently in the near future and spending a whole bunch more time drawing as I've been failing from time to time doing 2 hours a day, so planning on hitting that hard or even more than 2 hours.










Any advice would be appreciated as I'm trying to improve big time.

Update 09/11

Done a bunch of sketches today, mainly some anatomy studies covering a few different subjects. I still have no means of a scanner, but I will do in over a week and still plan on updating a little more frequently in due time.

A few 30-60 second gestures, some top ones reference, bottom imagination.
