    copic marker masters?

sooo... been having a little go lately with my limited range of copic grey ciao markers, and Im thinking I see a lot of potential in the medium. My question is does anyone know of any artists producing strong work with copics? would love to see some nice examples - I know kim jung gi uses them sometimes and i love his stuff!

Im currently also deliberating wether or not to get a larger range of colours (primarily with the idea to use them colouring short graphic novel stories) and was wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom as to which sets to get - I know there are variations between the standard, ciao and sketch versions...any advice is appreciated! thanks guys

You should check Doug Chiang - for me he is number one marker artist! I especially recommend his book called MECHANICA

Don't forget Terryl Whitlatch. Her creature concepts are almost exclusively done in marker.

Perhaps you shouldn't narrow it down to a brand of markers and look for artists that are good with markers in general.

Any of the Industrial design artists from 20 years ago or longer would have been good with markers. Syd Mead, Ron Cobb, Joe Johnston, Ralph Mcquarry, Luigi Colani, John Eaves, Rick Sternbach, Andrew Probert to name just a few.
