I like your gestures a lot. How long are you spending on them?

Thank you Cider! i believe from 1 to 5 minutes but i don´t use a stopwatch or somthing like that. Some of these gestures are copies from a book called "dynamic life drawing for animators" you might wanna take a look at that book. to me this book was very helpful. sorry for my english i hope you get what i`m trying to say

I think your sketch book is inappropriately named, this is not the work of a beginner Your figures are stunning and show great movement. Keep it up.

I definitely know what you mean. However, your figure work is far from beginner, there will always be so much to learn about art. The key is not getting overwhelmed with all the things you want to learn. I would like to start doing a sketchbook on here as well but have not found the time to organize and up load my work.

That last head is really good, some things to consider IMHO:

    - The jaw looks a bit strange (maybe it's too short?)
    - The eyes are a bit big
    - The forehead is too big, making the hair start almost at the crown
    - The base of the nose is in a slightly different angle than the eyes and the mouth

    Keep it coming!

hey man gestures are great love em , perspective is a must to learn as it applies to everything, the planar analysis you did in nose eyes and forehead is nice.Nothing to say one thing to suggest though, doing this kind of analysis is great for memorizing planes i tend to this kind of stuff on top of photograps and figure out what is what just a suggestion keep em coming m8 cheers
