    Which Tablet?

    Hello,

This is my first post on this website. I recently studied Media design in college. The course that i took also contained Concept Art and I found a passion for drawing, a little late as 21. But i'm still at it and learning and improving everyday, but recently I have been looking at doing some digital work and I'm looking to invest in a Graphics Tablet, but I have little knowledge of them and little funds too, but I'm not looking to invest a bomb in it when i do not know if i'll enjoy it or not.

I have around $80 to spend on a tablet for now and then eventually i'll upgrade if I like it or not. So if anybody could throw some links at me I'd appreciate it. But the problem is I'm currently in the UK so I'm mainly looking at Amazon links.

Thanks for your time and any help, links or info will be appreciated

    There you go, mate.

If $80 is your budget, you'll have to stick with some of the cheaper and not so "professional" tablets.
Nothing wrong with them. I first has a Medion tablet which I got from Aldi for $40.
They don't have as many buttons or may not have pen-tilt, but they still have pressure sensitivity.

I couldn't find much on Amazon, but if you go through Ebay and type either "Medion graphics tablet" or "Wacom bamboo" you should find a fair few around.
If you're on a tight budget, may I suggest looking for used graphics tablets.

Let me know how you go.

    Goodluck.

I think the Bamboo replaces the Graphire tablets.
I've use a Graphire tablet for years (it's still in my notebook backpack actually).
Small and cheap, but still worked perfectly for design and illustration work.
I loved the little thingy. :-)
