Hello oh great CA.com board, I'm here from Memphis and hoping to start actually drawing.
As a little background, I've been a writer for a while and was hoping to improve my other artistic abilities as well. While I'm only 22, I hope that this site can be of assistance in my journey to go from stick figures to full-fledged pieces, cylinders and onward.
That said, I'm a complete rookie at art and am one of those type of people that scribble random things in the corners of all their papers, I just want to see it finally go somewhere now. All of that aside, hello, and I'm Patches.
I'm really hoping to get started towards concept art, character design, and just being an overall better artist, so any help, critique, and general advice would be lovely!
