Yeehaa. These are all super great entrys.

I especially like Atreyu`s one, has a lot of movement and burning colors in it.

Baaaah!: I love your second one, it's simple and beautiful.

Atreyu: I love the movement in this.

charge: your work never ceases to amaze me.

Mad props to whoever got the DSG bot working, forgot to say that. Anyway, here's my sketch, about 30-40min in PS.

A bit of refrenced used, I tried to get the fire to convey movement (like when someone swings around a torch) but I'm not sure how it came out. The light source(s) threw me too.

Eulathus: Looking pretty cool, I'd love to see it in color (That's a lot of hair!
    )

Baaaah!: Very nice work, I like the 2nd especially.

Atreyu: Awesome. The sense of movement is perfect

    Charge: As always,
Taoists ain't got nothin' on me.

    Hey, All

Just a rough sketch today, but I decided to go wild with the concept and really put a story behind it. I'll leave the story up to the imagination.

I think the perspective is a little wonky in places...

@charge - Great job, especially with the colors. I think it might work better without the people in the background. They seem like afterthoughts.

    waha, just got a wacom....

    Great topic!

Railboy- I love the concept. I would love to see a color version if you had time...something about it reminds me of spirited away.

Fresh- I love the stylized figure and the cleanness of your picture.

Atreyu + Charge- I really like the sense of movement in both your pieces.

Baaah! - I didn't see your second piece at first, but I really have to agree with Sparky | Emily, it is really beautiful. I like how the bright line on the horizon thickens on the right side near the figure, and how the bottom half of the figure is reddish.

Ok, here we go. Here's my DSG on the fire dancer type person. about 30-45 mins in PS (I'm a bit groggy and sleep deprived now, not sure exactly what time I started) This is my first post here on ConceptArt that contains any artwork, and you all know what that means... be extra critical. :p

Just going got eh partially highlighted form thingy. Hope you all like it. ^^

    Talking Yay! Great art!

I really like some of your pieces, especially Baaaaah!'s pieces. The first one really conveys the feel of watching someone spin fire.

(I help run a fire dancing site so I've seen a lot of fire spinning.)
