Children's book illustration

I was experimenting with a style for kids' storybook and I would love to know what you think about it.
I realize it may be not a best place to ask, because I mostly see semi-realistic paintings here, but I couldn't find any children's book forum that would be alive. If you know any, it would be great to know, ^^

I really like the light colours you've used (watercolour?), I think this would be really nice in a children's book.

They're really light, fun and positive images.
