@ Ninaren. Thank you very much friend. Gah! Really need to find more time to paint, but more coming up!

@ Greenhouse. Trying to push the envelope with coloring, i'm kinda achromatopsic! ha. Btw you are very encouraging, please keep coming back!

@ Insanelight. Thank you very much friend and you are most welcome.

@ Januz. Argh! Yeah my nose is a little skewed! Indeed i have and since you asked i thought i'd start with something a little less detailed, so here's the Orge sketch among the updates!

    @ Xnateje.

    So some updates...

Sorry about the quality on this one, these were really tiny doodles!

Lynayru. Thank you very much! Really appreciate it.

Ninaren. Thank you very much. Your comment made my day too! Well i've been drawing even long before God created the universe...but only been doing concept art since 2010, been into comic sketching since 2004! Gave up art in between to pursue music but unfortunately no one had my taste for music and btw you can't make a living singing Death Metal here!

Hey! Glad you're keeping this well updated The last few posts look really gruesome. I'm with you on the color struggle, it really doesn't come naturally to me either. I guess reading up on color theory and practice is the way to do it. Go well!

It was really cool to see some friends doing quick gesture studies, which inspired me to go back to basics again, but with a little twist this time....decided to sketch em with my LEFT hand! It all started a couple of years ago when i fractured my arm the first time (out of 3 so far) playing soccer! Funny how you end up breaking your hands playing a games with your leg!

Oh wow, your line-work is so intricate and dynamic. Very inspiring. I would suggest adding more hues in skin tones, (well, I guess in clothes too) when you're rendering in color, just to bring a little more life and another level of intricacy. Have you experimented with different colored light sources too?

Amazing job! I love your creature designs.

Whimsnicole: Thank you very much friend. Really appreciate it. This actually wasn't even 5% in but thanks for the advice. Yes i will be working on a different color light source, hope it all turns out well in the end.

And here's another crop of a w.i.p that i was forced to stall for some client work (also because i was pissed off with the anatomy ), but i'm back at it again. Must finish this soon.

    'Agorazo - Alter of pain'

    Update!

Although i've made a lot of progress on this i thought i'd share an earlier stage of this image because of its graphic nature! There's a bit of a narrative to this piece & i've deliberately left out a few compositional elements here since i'm still trying to figure it out. Find this quite challenging because unlike the usual detailing i'm used to, i'm trying something more minimalistic this time.
