The artwork is looking great everybody! I think that this will be a difficult vote. I am trying to get the gritty feeling in the dungeon also I want him to have a great menacing feel about him.

Agent Melon : I really link the light ! If i can suggest something to you : You can add a really soft volumetric light behind your character to suggest the beginning of the silhouette.

Agent Melon: Really like the sense of lighting. The value shapes read quite well (something I need to work on) in post #37 and it's translating well through additional rendering

Wow, just wow. I get very inspired to work on value and color when seeing peoples stuff. Something I haven't dug myself into properly.
Here's what I've wipped out. Tried to focus on Idea and design rather than getting stuck on doing the finish. And keeping up a decent speed and making logic design choices.
As always, Would love crits or thoughts on what I could focus on.

marko markovic - I like how he looks at his key - as if it is one of his most precious belongings. You could lengthen his legs quite a bit and perhaps even enlarge the head a bit. Otherwise, nice work, so far.


Here's my update. Don't think I can finsih in time but I'll do my best to get some work done tomorrow. Tips and crits are welcome.

when he comes the whole floor treembles, you never know what king of torture he brings under that long beard, you never will see his face, nor would you want, you ll just feel the pain, and hope he will fail and let you die!!!!

he was a royal warrior of the guard, the chief among the entire squad, and best friend of the king, since little he loved the queen, but she was promised to the king, and he had to lay down votes for their wedding, in secret he always met with her, she loved him too, but when the king found out and banished him from the realm cutting his weapon arm, making him useless, he swore vengeance and certain night tried to kill him, only stopped by the woman he loved, wich he ended up killing instead...afraid of what might come again the king cursed him to serve him once again, but now for eternity, torturing the ones that opposed him, with a sharped claw, who remind him forever, of his punishment, and the love he had for the queen, he swore never cut his long beard, simbol of the guard of the king, until his sins have been forgiven, and he could finally rest in peace.

well kinda long, but wanted to give him a proper background, even if the characther doesnt transmit it

fooling around with a newly acquired texture-festish where I use pictures of my own acrylic paintings for cheap effects

very gritty and nice pixeltuner, it gives it a new dimension
Lemmiwinks nice aproach, but i feel it could be a little bit dark and gruesome, even with that modern aproach
kliest very nice pen work, super detailed, and my god i didnt want to be tortured by a guy like that.
