Really great sketchbook, love the way you use color! And to get a thumbnail for the thread you have to edit your first post then use the "Manage Attachments".

Got some cool work here! I love that sketchbook page (the collagey one in pen) -- very fun to look at. The colors in that alla prima in the most recent post, and from that boy's turnaround headshot a bit back are really beautiful, too. The palettes really work.
It's good to see you're drawing a wide variety of subjects (figures, landscapes and vehicles) and in a variety of mediums (digital, paint, charcoal), but like you mentioned, gotta work on those foundations. You're pretty well-rounded so where you wanna focus is up to you.. anatomy and light/value stand out to me. Do work from life, not just photos and your head! Maybe do some of the good-old fashioned still lifes, with a focus on the shading (black and white maybe)? Figure drawing from life too.

Again, you've got some great stuff starting here. But don't neglect technical skills!

Haha thanks so much, I really appreciate it! Yeah, im trying to be more versatile but my foundations are super weak. I should probably start doing those lol. Also Ive never done work from a photo, but I will seriously start focusing on shading and still lives! Thanks so much for the advice, i appreciate it.

Old charcoal skull study. I should probably do some cubes and stuff though and blocky stuff cause im noob with planes, and this is way too dark in areas that shouldnt be

You've got some really nice studies and a real talent for desing and concept in general!
I really like the fact that you try different period in history for your concept and also different styles!
You also seem to explore a lot, get out of the barrier is a great way to improve !
Can't wait for some more study! doing some nude of still life study would bring you a lot to your understanding of shape and value but you already seem to be doing it quite well
    i'll be back !
