Where to Buy Oils

So I'm in the market for starting an Oil palette based of James Gurneys beginners palette. Colors are:

Titanium White
Cadmium Yellow Light
Pyrrole Red
Yellow Ochre
Venetian Red
Burnt Sienna
Quinacridone Rose
Ultramarine Blue
Pthalo Cyan

I am looking for the highest quality oil out there. I cant find most of these colors at AC Moore or my local downtown Art Store that is overpriced, and mediocre compared to major city Art Stores.

Are any of these colors practically identical to more common colors?

I was wondering what sites would be best to shop on, for bulk, prices, and deals. Any suggestions?

When looking for oil colors make sure to match the PIGMENT CODES to the paints that he is using. It's not uncommon for paint brands to have the same names but actually different pigments and therefore different colors. So if James Gurney was using Winsor and Newton Ultramarine Blue then on the back of the tube it would say Color index name: PB29. So check on whatever tubes of UM Blue that you find to make sure it has the same pigment code.

Handprint.com does a stunningly good job of discussing the pigments, albeit in the context of watercolor paint.
