hyyyy, i give you my program, then when i up me, then when i up me, the morning, i begin to draw one page of hand, then i do self-portrait during, 1h 30, after during 2 hours i do portraits and human body. afternoon, i make imagination drawing and outside drawing 4 hour during, i draw 8h 30 for day,i make anatomy study, and photoshop in the evening.

bridgman book is a very good book but i think you should make volume, and proportions, look kevin chen' s draws in google and you will understand.
send me your drawings if you want, i will correct you so that you can see your errors^^

Oh man, I wish I'd started taking art more seriously when I was your age. Imagine how good you'll be when you're my age! Just keep going, do the studies (all of them) and you'll improve really quickly. You've already got a sense of style, color, and those hand studies look great.

Amazing stuff. Keep doing these anatomy studies. I really wish i started drawing when i was your age. You can literally reach professional level when you reach the age of 18 if you keep practicing like that... even earlier.
Oh and as AJM said keep away from anime/manga. It's a style. It's someones personal interpretation of the human body. Moreover if you wish to make money from your art in future, it's better not to do it with manga art. It is possible and some people do it but it's not secure and the demand for artists is not that big.
