The designs are good and you have a good brain for design I can tell just blend a bit more real world study with it and it will help sell them more. Keep rocking it.

+1 to this. Really try to understand the form underneath the clothing or else it will flatten out and go against the gesture/life of your figures.

    Great job so far!
On the last one the arms look a bit weird - as if she's got too much fat underneath her skin. I think more smooth looking arms would work better.

Ps. remember that the arms are supposed to get narrower closer to the wrist area.

    Cheers,
    Fallen.

I think the hair looks a bit too big for the head, it throws off the proportions there and makes it look like it's sitting on top of the head rather than a part of it. Her neck also seems a bit off, but I can't tell if it's too long or too thin.

Looking forward to seeing how this turns out, hope to see more soon.

the colours look pretty off in that enviro study (lighting seems too green?), although the atmospheric perspective and values are pretty good where there is less evidence of using a photo (hills in the background). it'd probably work a lot better without the foreground and the figure.

Hey Kev, Nice update amigo! the last post I saw of yours, you was asking if someone could draw out what they mean about your figures being stiff, my pc messed up on me shortly after. Did anyone get back to you with a gesture sketch? If you'd like (it's gonna be shit compared to your drawings) I can do a quick gesture to show what I meant by loosening up your your recent imaginative creatures.
in your recent designs watch out for the tendons of the back hands. Neither of them are radiating outward from the centre line of the wrist but rather from the side.

Keep it up dude..we'll bang ok? hahahaaha (sorry been watching too much gamer poop)

edit: ah while I'm at it, those tendons only really show as strongly as you have drawn them when there is action of the fingers being pulled! play with your hand, you'll see. if they are relaxed as shown in your sketch. they are pretty vague to non existent.

mrfrenik-way to steal some one elses crit :b haha na you guys are right i should practice my drapery some more!
dstrax-yeah proportions...-_- one day ill be better at it ! and idk what to say bout only rendering their faces out :b
fallenangel-im not sure if i see what you are talking about but ill try and fix it :b
umbravita-well i was going for that scene hair that emo chicks have...maybe i over did it? ill try and fix it!
    tj0ri-thanks mang!
jzhang-thanks for the advice...im a wreck when it comes to environments -_-
kungfoowiz-not sure what anatomy study you are talking about? thanks for commenting anyways :b
lightship69-nice that you stopped by here again! thanks for the good words man!
luthertaylor-thanks! sure man it would be cool if you showed me what you meant with a drawing...and yeah i see what you mean with the tendons on the hand...maybe ill fix it but since it isn't a major flaw to the design idk maybe ill just leave it as is and not do it next time :b
lionheartgfx-thanks! what do you mean by how they are?

so i came back to this portrait for a little update...i cleaned it up a bit and re did the hair...it could be better but since i absolutely hate hair im not totally unsatisfied :b i would want to go way more into detail but the original image is only about 500 pixels so not much to work with...so i dont think ill come back to this again...done for good! :b

Daaang man, beautiful portrait! Awesome color variations.
On the character concepts, i think you should pay lots of attention to the way the head is attached to the neck, and make it feel more natural.
Right now the faces look "very pasted on".
