hey man nice work, im really digging the first dude in post 65, seems dynamic and i like the pose. for some reason our work has reminded me of the concept art of guild wars ever since the first page, not sure why maybe its just me. Nice use of textures and sweet characters and creatures, though sometimes the anatomy can be a little off so make sure to watch for that,mostly with just aligning things and some proportions, just to give u some sort of crit. nice work bro and i look forward to seeing more.

Thanks article looks interesting will have to read it. Pictures of girls ? well those last ones were from my head if you mean the line work stuff, some from head some from random pics on my hard drive from somewhere on the internet, can't really recall were. There not that hard to find thou: )

You're really improving your rendering skills!
I think you should focus on poses and composition a little more.
It's concept art mostly but you should try to establish some action in your paintings.
Your dudes are mostly just standing around. A certain pose and composition conveys
character often more clearly than the design itself. Also push the 3D-ness a little more.
Paint things that are further away shorter, use fog and secondary light to make things in the foreground pop.
