It was painted over photos (which I resized/cropped/corrected to fit my sketch), and I'd really like some professional feedback, as I really want to improve in my art! Thanks!

I don't know about professional feedback, but I will give you my two cents worth if you like!

The first thing that strikes me is the wattage of those bulbs must be immense!! There is a massive amount of light coming from them and despite the shades they are lighting the roof as well. You need to re-think the fall off of the light and how far it reaches etc.

I need to be honest; your image of the garage is boring. It looks pretty good as a painting, but as a piece of concept art it doesn't give me the sense that the final scene will look good. Dull concepts tend to yield dull products. I did a paint over to show how you can take a static room and make it something more visually interesting. It's important to utilize light and shadow to create a natural contrast between objects. It not only looks better but helps to determine depth and spacial relationship.

^ Thank you! This is great feedback, and I love your honesty. The paintover is definitely more appealing, and has more character. So basically: stronger light source, some dust to add atmosphere, and higher contrast. Thanks again, I'll remember these for my next piece, very useful indeed.
