    Good job at trying something new. I definitely recommend doing this without the eyedropper. Studies are for learning, you will learn much much more if you have to figure out a color on your own. Try following your academic and from-life studies with imaginative work that applies what you learned in your studies and you will grow really quickly.

    I very much like some of your sketches. I think you do female eyes wonderfully. In my opinion, you should do alot more sketches. I think it would help with form, as sometimes you have flat cheekbones, or other areas. But you do have some really cool pieces. My favorite is bottom of #32. The caricature on page 1 is good, but kind of inconsistent with the rest of your work, was it a more recent piece? Also, is it a self portrait, or Katy Perry? Lastly, I love the lip study you did! Anyways, good stuff and best of luck on your journey!

    @ ForScience Thank you very much for the advices I'll keep that in mind and just to say, I was always colour picking for studies but I stopped that around July and hell yeah it was benefic !

    @ I STRaY I Thank you. You're right, I've got to sketch more @__@ I'll follow that !
    For the caricature it was based on a picture of Katy Perry yes I made it about 2 years ago whan I had the chance to have a class with the great Papaninja (http://sergebirault.blogspot.fr/) but I never kicked my ass hard enough to finish it :/

    Anyway, thank you guys so much for your comments, it means a lot when people give a bit of their time to watch and help me
    I'll keep working !!!

    Great work with those gestures you're doing. I like that girl's different hair styles. I would say to not be afraid to put down a few pure whites or blacks to make some of those value paintings really pop. Keep it up! and get well soon :]

    You've definitely got a solid appreciation for the facial features but I think you can push it. Perhaps trying some more skeletal studies of the skull would help. Also, I saw a study of an environment on the first page. Do you have any more environment studies?
    If you're wish my blog and thus portfolio are available for comment. I can always use critique.

    @Aaron_Radney

    Thank you very much for your advice !
    I didn't have much time so I did a quick study, I'll do more later !
    I am ashamed but no, I don't have other environment studies, I'm scared because I suck at perspective and I'm never outside my "comfort zone" so you motivated me to kick my butt and I will do some
