Thx for subscribing, i think u are the first one ^^.
good amount of drawings ! Just keep the pace.
U could try to higher the contrast by using softer pencils like 2B etc.

Is it possible that I was away so long from this beautiful place?
I will and I could never forgive myself because of this, and I want
to apologize. As the snowy air drifted in, your senses and art quality
went up hill. I can see the improvements in the eyes and minds of
your pencil drawn characters. Your cartoony characters are helping
you to understand form shapes and values through fun. Spiderman
in various perspectives, and viewed from top and below angles are
a real eye openers in your future conquests. I really enjoy watching
someones work like your is, cause you are making hard steps on
an easy way, turning heavy weights to fun and joy. It’s a bad thing
that you feelig a bit low and got that cold, but don’t worry it will
get better, and you will get strong once more. Many vitamins,
sleep enough and try to draw from bed. And stay away from
beer and heavy booze for now. You will be great in no time.
Till our next meeting, get healthy and be good.

Seems like everyone is already pointing this out, but you're improving really fast! Quickly went through your sketchbook and the difference between the first page and the last two pages is massive. Awesome, dude But I'd like to see more colors in your work, that would add another dimension to them.

hey man you are really moving along at a good pace don't forget to also add in some life studies. All that real world knowledge will transfer right back into your imaginative work and be real important when you start working in colour.

Hi mate. Thank you for coming to my SB and for the advices! You're absolutely right: fundamentals are the nourishment for artists. And praise to your studies. So much and inspiring. Now both keep going!

@lucarky hey thanks for stopping by! and about fundamentals i think i want to go back to the basics sometime in the next months, learning by myself really its all about how much knowledge i can muster at any given time so i have to keep it all under control or else i go all apeshit and draw only crappy stuff

well a couple of pages full of warm ups and some 60 second figures, man i love doing fast figures its like a game hahaha, figuring out the pose and then felshing it, if you do it well you ahve a couple of seconds to do details! its all good fun, what i think im doing wrong its NOT doing longer studies, im gonna stsrt doing some 20 or 30 quick poses and 10 or 5 of a MINIMUM of 15 minutes because heck i want to start figuring out how to trasnfer all of this into my stuff from head, the chow is coming kind of bad but im on my way, i dont know if i will be able to finish it within the deadline anyhow here is the prettier stuff i have haha

Try your hand at doing tons of 30-60 second gestures, if you do an hour of those a day you will definitely see improvement in your sketches!

Yeah these quick studies really help you to stop making too many sketchy lines.
It works great for you, just keep in mind to do something finished every once in a while.

@kamikazel33t hey thats a great suggestion, tomorrow i want to get more structure into my drawing sessions i believe that is going to speed up my progress
@yemi775 hey thanks for coming by! i want to branch out a bit more so im gonna focus a bit on landscapes for now but i do plan doing more dynamic figure drawings
@liberty thank you so much for stopping! you just nailed my biggest flaw, my inabilty to go from sketch to finished piece, or rather the insecurities that come with it, im working on it i want to get into color theory and light but im thinking on how to approach all of this without my head exploding in the process
@isaacES hey man thanks for the advice actually i think i took long enough myself, i want to destroy this barrier and geto some color going in this sb

hey, leo here hahaha, didnt do as much as i wanted today, a couple stills here and there, i did a bunch of quick gestures on maximus and did a digital sketch of him and tried my best to fit more values in there hahaha, i need to draw more and longer drawings!

good morning everyone! well im dropping my notebook stuff, GOD DAMN my pen sketches suck, but i dont care i can see two ways that this is gonna go down, either i shot myself in the head or they improve and like hell im shooting myself that shit hurts! so more pen for me hahaha more shitty drawings for you! i noticed something too, writing down the personality of the caracter and some traits helps me better get their personality i dont know if that translates in my drawings but it deffinetly changes the way I think about them.

also practiced on my portraits, these are ALL 2 min portraits im gonna do longer ones but first i want to get those big shapes right and quick i can practice details later

today im gonna work all day on trying to finish all my ref folder, i downloaded some landscapes so i can try doing some in digital lets see how it goes
