It has been too long... and I have been too lazy, errm I am kinda doing the golden boy this month, but well yeh..

So I guess it is time to blow off the dust in this sketchbook,
First a self portrait, illustration, old sketch to play with lighting, figure study, rembrandt master study, value study, WIP of a weird idea I had for a character as a potato and an old still life. There are many more traditional and digital failed studies, sketches and what not but I thought I wanted to post the things I liked the most since the last time I updated

Wow - your pencil drawings of faces look fantastic! You obviously have a strong understanding of facial structure, they have a lot vitality too. Actually your whole sketchbook is really impressive.

One thing I'd recommend, though, is to try for a little more discipline in your mark-making. Often it seems like you've got a lot of unnecessary marks that distract from the power of your drawings, it's especially obvious in you digital stuff.
